Sandra Longchamps
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Sandra oversees the finance function and assists the CEO in developing the organization’s strategic plans. In this role, she ensures the production and disclosure of accurate financial information and analysis. She also monitors and influences corporate performance, forecasting, cash management, taxation and acquisitions. Her tasks include as well managing shareholder loans, investors, the audit team, financial obligations and other external contributors to the organization. As a key member of the Senior Management, she works closely with the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors. On top of that, she ensures that the organization has adequate accounting systems and processes, as well as the reporting and budgeting tools required to ensure best practice across the organization.

Sandra joined BFL CANADA in 2006, initially as Controller for the Ontario Region. She then spent 10 years as Corporate Controller. In January 2020, she was appointed Vice-President of Finance. Most recently, she has held the position of Chief Financial Officer.

A committed and passionate manager, she is recognized for her people leadership. Her years of experience in the industry, combined with the company’s rapid growth and the complexity of its transactions, have enabled her to fully understand the industry’s environment. This has enabled her to evolve the financial systems to support growth and apply the necessary controls and procedures nationally, thus placing the company in a suitable position for the future.

Sandra holds a BA in Business Administration from Laval University. She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) since 1998.

Sandra is a guest on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.
