She has developed a strong track record in managing insurance programs for aviation services such as Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Fixed Based Operators (FBOs), corporate jet services and the fast-evolving world of drone operations.

A Carleton University graduate, Miely earned a BA (Honours) in Law with a concentration in Law, government, and policies, along with a minor in Sociology. Her academic background provides her with valuable insight into the legal and regulatory landscape, enhancing her ability to navigate risk and compliance matters in the aviation sector.
