Dana has worked in the insurance industry for 27 years. She joined BFL CANADA as a Claims Advisor in 2017. Since 2019, she holds the title of National Practice Leader for Claims Delegated Authority Agreements. She is responsible for overseeing and coordinating monthly internal peer reviews and supervising audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Dana has experience with all TPA responsibilities, from first notification, vendor assignments and individual claims reviews to audits and bordereau reconciliations. She has also previously supervised a team of adjusters and TPA examiners at a major independent TPA firm and was heavily involved with the overview of key performance indicators.

Dana has handled Major Property Losses and Large Commercial Liability claims. Typical claims also include Bodily Injury, personal injury, Product Liability, Property Damage, Builder’s risk/ Wrap
