A DSA honours individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the Canadian Condominium Institute or the condominium community at either the chapter or national level. Recipients of this award, through their volunteer work or other achievements, exemplify the standards that CCI promotes and serves and are considered a positive role model to others in the industry.

Paul has been an integral figure to BFL CANADA, leading a large team in the Real Estate division at our Vancouver office. In his current role, he is responsible for strategic growth and operations for Real Estate, catering specifically to Residential and Commercial Property Management Sector. Paul is always willing to help and give advice to his team and colleagues whenever needed. We are very proud of the work he has done inside and outside of the office for the Real Estate community. Paul is the past president of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Vancouver Chapter and is an active member of numerous Real Estate industry associations including PAMA and LANDLORD BC, all providing education for the community.
