As Senior Vice-President, and National Practice Leader, Risk Management—Claims, Stephanie advocates on behalf of clients to develop, improve and/or implement the most effective and efficient Claims Handling Procedures and tailor client-specific claims protocols and procedures.

Stephanie began her career in the insurance industry in 1997. She has worked for a number of large global insurance companies in various claims roles. Stephanie has gained vast claims experience from various industry sectors including Public/Government, Health Care, Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction.
