BFL CANADA’s Chief Information Officer, Christopher O’Sullivan, is featured on the cover of the September 2021 edition of InsurTech Magazine discussing BFL’s digital transformation to better serve our customers now and in the future.
BFL CANADA’s digital strategy has three key parts: building a new cloud-based data platform, rebuilding the digital stack and transforming the broker management system. Christopher O’Sullivan notes that this digital transformation will also benefit BFL CANADA’s insurance partners, “Insurers in Canada are on their own digital journeys, so we need to be prepared to be a part of that. And in many cases, we’re looking to drive that with our strategic insurance partners.”
