BFL CANADA’s National Practice Leader – Transportation, Scott Cober, was recently interviewed by Canadian Underwriter to discuss the ‘unfair advantages’ in commercial auto.

In the interview Scott explains how in Ontario, individual truck drivers who start their own trucking firms may have no other option but to have their fleet insured through the Facility Association. He observed that as a result of this, the driver-owner-client could pay four to six times the commercial auto insurance premium than they should pay.
