Rahim joined BFL CANADA in 2013. Prior to this, he held various senior positions in both Treasury and Operations, for a large cap oil and gas producer, headquartered in Calgary with global operations. He has significant International and Canadian experience in the fields of Risk Management, Treasury, Banking, and Operations.

Previous roles have provided first hand experiences with foreign political regimes and tax structures, complex offshore and onshore insurance placements, trade credit placements, capital & foreign exchange markets, hedging and operations challenges.

With exposure to the client side, sell side and intermediary/broker side he brings a well rounded business perspective.

Rahim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and is a CFA Charter Holder.
